Estelle Orler
NORWAY—Estelle M. Orler, 88, of Norway, died Thursday at Dickinson County Memorial Hospital in Iron Mountain.
Mrs. Orler was born Sept. 20, 1907, in Vulcan, daughter of the late George and Parmelia (Deshais) Teafoe. She graduated from Vulcan High School in 1925.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, William Rivest and Peter Orler.
Mrs. Orler was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Norway, Daughters of Isabella and Norway-Vulcan Senior Center.
She leaves a son, Gerald (Patti) Orler of Forest Lake, Minn.; three daughters, Carol Branback and Mary (Terry) Process, both of Norway and Lois Zakas of Las Vegas, Nev.; a daughter-in-law, Janet Rivest of Franksville, Wis.; 24 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Omer (Elvie) Teafo of St. Charles, Ill., several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, William Revest and a brother, Arthur Teafo.
Private visitation and services will be held Monday at the Miner Funeral Home of Norway. Fr. Ben J. Paris will officiate.
Burial will be in Norway Township Cemetery.
