"MORRELL. The funeral services of H. C. Morrell will be held today at 10 a.m. from the chapel of W. A. Brown, 1815 South Flower street." Earlier annoucements appeared on April 29th and 30th.

"Clay Morrell, Pioneer, Dies
Word was received by friends here yesterday of the death in Los Angeles April 28 of Clay Morrell, pioneer Phoenician and a resident of the valley until he moved to Los Angeles five years ago.
He was a brother of James D. Morrell of Phoenix, who formerly was active in Maricopa county affairs. Clay Morrell was 67 years old at the time of his death."
