DANIEL P.F. LONGANECKER, aged 83 years, 5 months and 12 days, died last night.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Martha J. Davis Longanecker; and the following children: Mrs. A.W. Toms, Mrs. Blair Hamburg, Mrs. Edgar F. Sprecher; and Mrs. T.A. Spigler, all of Hagerstown; Mrs. Foster Long, Keedysville; Elmer G. Longanecker, Chewsville; Mrs. Guy Barton, Breckenridge, Minn.; Mrs. Clark R. Brown, Cedar Falls, Iowa; Harvey W. Longanecker, Urbana, Ohio; and Harry L. Longanecker, South Bend, Ind.; one sister, Mrs. Sarah M. Moore, Hagerstown; 38 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and quite a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, leaving the house at 2 p.m. Rev. Rider will officiate at the service at Grace U.B. Church. Friends and relatives are invited to attend without further notice.
