PLAINVIEW, April 9. (Special) - R. L. (Bob) Adams, 52, of Plainview died today at 9:20 a.m. in Plainview Clinic after an illness of several months.
Mr. Adams had owned and operated Adams Electric since he came here from California 14 years ago. He was born Sept. 3, 1905, at Ocharchic, Okla.
Mr. Adams was a member of Parkview Baptist Church and Plainview Chamber of Commerce.
Survivors are his wife, Lucille, of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Betty Vanderhaden of Oklahoma City; two sons, R. L. Adams Jr., and Da-Adams, both of Oklahoma City; a sister, Mrs. Erma Hunt of Denver; his mother, Mrs. Rose Adams of Lamar, Colo., and four grandchildren.
