Actress. She made her name portraying rebellious teenagers in several 1950s films. Drawn to the theater early, she appeared on Broadway in Johnny Mercer's 1949 "Texas Li'l Darlin'", then made her television debut in "Doorway to Death". Keim was seen on "Armstrong Circle Theater", "Hallmark Hall of Fame", "Philco Television Playhouse", and had the recurring role of Peggy Allison in the 1953 series "My Son Jeep". After more television work Keim made it to the big screen in 1956, and was quickly typecast as a succession of girls so unpleasant that the crew would sometimes hiss when she came on the set. She appeared in "These Wilder Years" in 1956, and that same year was Ginger Rogers' messed-up daughter in "Teenage Rebel". Following 1957's "The Wayward Bus", she had probably her best known turn as Frank Sinatra's quite uncontrollable niece in "Some Came Running" (1958). Keim married actor Warren Berlinger in 1960, and after appearing with Henry Fonda in the TV series "The Deputy" from 1959 to 1960, retired to raise her family.
