Son of William Jinks and Elderada Clemintine "Ella" Bracken.

He married Susie May Bishop in 1914.

William Jinks of Maroa and Miss
Susie Bishop of Effingham were mar-
ried at Decatur Saturday afternoon.
The groom is a brother of Mrs. Rufus
Jones a mile North of town. The couple
have gone to housekeeping on the
Harve Peringer farm in Texas town-
ship.


They had 3 Children.

ILL SIX YEARS DIES

William B. Jinks 77 of 727 N.
33rd St was dead on arrival at
St. Marys hospital today. He had
been in failing health for six years.
He had been a resident of De-
catur since 1942 when he moved
here from Effingham Co.
He retired form Spencer Kellogg
& Sons 11 years ago.
Mr Jinks was born a son of
William and Ella Bracken Jinks
Nov 18 1883 in Effingham Co.
He married Susie Bishop Sept
26 1914. She died in December.
He leaves three sons Edwin
Gaylord and Dale all of Decatur.
A brother Jesse Decatur a
sister Mrs Zola Weber Brown-
stown and six grandchildren.
Six sisters and two brothers pre-
cided him in death.
Burial will be in Graceland ceme-
tery.
