MEESE George A. Meese Sr. passed away on March 14, 2009. Preceded by his parents Joseph and Filipina Meese; beloved grandson Joseph Meese; brothers Charles, Fred and Victor Meese Sr.; sisters Alice Meese and Anne Easley. Survived by wife of 41 years Jackie; children George Jr., Jessica, Denise, Gabrielle (Gabby) and Vernon.
Also 11 grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren. Brother Arthur and wife Tammy; sisters Helen Mcintosh and Dorothy Barnes; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his morning coffee buddies, Ted Clin-genpeel and Dino Moreno. George was not just considered Joe's grandpa to the hockey team, he was everybody's grandpa on the team.
