Son of Thomas Taylor Bain PARISH and his wife Mary Frankie SMITH. Clarence T. "Bud" Parish, 59 of Pana died Saturday, March 11, 2006 at 9:05 p.m. in Pana Community Hospital. He was born June 4, 1946 in Decatur, IL., the son of Thomas Taylor Bain and Mary Frankie (Smith) Parish, deceased. Bud was a veteran, serving in the U.S. Army. He has lived in the Pana area 22 years and was a supervisor in the corn sweetener east plant at ADM, Decatur, where he had worked for over 26 years. He loved his grandkids and was an avid sportsman enjoying fishing and deer hunting with his wife. He was a member of Central Baptist Church, Decatur and National Rifle Assn., State and National level. Bud married Beverly Dorene Moss on January 25, 1969 in Decatur, IL He is survived by his wife; Beverly Dorene Parish, Pana, IL; children: John Wayne Keller and companion Leigh Ann, Decatur,IL; Stanley Eugene Christy, Decatur,IL; Deborah Dorene Parish, Cape Coral, FL; 5 grandchildren: Bambie, Lacie, Nicolas, Tommy and Bradley; great granddaughter; Melangel Nicole; brother Scott Parish & wife Rosemarie, Weldon, IL; and by his sisters; Kathy Senters and husband Dan, Waynesville, IL, Maddie Quick, Decatur, IL, and Chris Winkle in Kentucky. Memorials were make to the American Diabetes Association. Services were Thursday, March 16, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor David Brown officiating. Burial was in Oconee Mound Cemetery, Oconee, IL . Visitation was Thursday from 1:00 p.m. until time of service a McCracken-Dean Funeral Home.
