Buried next to daughter Jane. Came to Union in 1785. Village of Union overseer of the highway, a constable, and a cattle farmer. He was baptized 14 January 1750, son of Nicholas Brink (1728-1804) and Catharina Decker (1725-1756). He married Sarah Van Tilburg (1746-?). The couple had ten children. Several sources list him as a Revolutionary War soldier; however, this has not been officially documented.
