DUNMOR - Silas Neal Arnold, 81, of Dunmor died at 2:20 a.m. Tuesday, January 5, 2010, at Magnolia Village in Bowling Green, KY.
He was born May 15, 1928 in Penrod and was a member of Dunmor Baptist Church where he served as a deacon and trustee for 30 years. He was preceded in death by brothers, Roland Thomas and Paul N. Arnold; and a sister, Ava Woodlee.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years,Anna Dean Baker Arnold; children, Lannie (Joyce) Arnold, Jeff (Peggy) Arnold, DeWayne (Pam) Arnold and Gwyn (Tony) Graham; grandchildren, Chastity, Tracy, Jamey and Aaron Arnold, and Thomas and Molly Graham; great-grandchildren, Hunter Browning, Trey Arnold, and Austin Arnold; and sisters, Betty Long, Patty Porter and Oleta Latham.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Tucker Beechmont Funeral Home with the Rev. Scott Hughes officiating assisted by the Rev. Jeremy Whitney. Burial in Dunmor Cemetery.
