Kenneth Arland Ballard, 74; of Marysville
Funeral services for Kenneth Arland Ballard, 74, of Marysville, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 7, at Coots Funeral Home, with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery. He died Aug. 4, 2008, at St. Catherine Regional Hospital, Charlestown.
He was born June 26, 1934, in Elizabethtown, Ky. to Judy and Isabelle Jeffries Ballard. He was a former employee with Hart Furnace & Supply Company in Louisville.
Survivors include his son, Tony Ballard, Marysville; daughters, Linda Edens and husband, Fred, Peggy A. Parrish and husband, Russ, Bonnie J. Tucker and husband, Gary, and Cathy L. Ballard, all of Marysville; 20 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and a brother, William Ballard, Otisco.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Irene Perry Ballard; and sons, Danny W. and Rick A. Ballard.
Visitation at the funeral home will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 6 and from 9 a.m. until the time of service Thursday.
