Funeral services were held in Quanah Wednesday for Jack Thrasher, 56, who was found dead at his home in Lubbock earlier this week. He was a former resident of this city, having operated a blacksmith shop here prior to moving to Lubbock in 1937. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. J. E. Flowers of Lubbock, one brother, Moody Thrasher of Galveston, and four sisters, Mrs. Luther Orr of Fort Worth, Mrs. Charlie Barker of Quanah, Mrs. Bert Ennis and Mrs. Edmonds, both of California.
