Everett P. Lawson

Everett P. Lawson, 92, of Bruceton Mills (Mountain Dale Community), died Friday, April 23, 2004, at the Monongalia General Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va.
The son of the late Robert and Rena Guthrie Lawson, he was born July 17, 1911, in Mountain Dale.
He was a timberman and farmer.
Everett is survived by his wife, Rosalie Reckart Lawson, of Bruceton Mills; two sons, Tommy Lawson, and wife, Anna Belle, of Kingwood, and Jackson P. Lawson, of Cumberland, Md.; a daughter, Marion Nieman, of Morgantown; a brother, Chester Lawson, of Bruceton Mills; a sister, Evelyn Kelly, of Bruceton Mills; eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by five brothers: Ralph, Clarence, Robert, Sheldon and Russell Lawson.
Friends could call at the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home, Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m and Monday, April 26, 2004, at the Pleasant Valley United Methodist Church, Cuzzart, from 10-11 a.m. time of the funeral services, with the Rev. Mark Lawson officiating. Burial was in the Parnell Cemetery, Cuzzart.
