Rites Held for Alma E. Nelson

Funeral services for Alma E. Nelson, Aged 79 of Rockville, were held Tuesday, July 11 from the Congregational Church of Christ in Ravenna, with Rev. John Baker in charge.

Mrs. Nelson passed away on July 7th at Loup City Hospital.

The funeral had been scheduled for the Love & Rohde Mortuary, but had to be changed to another location due to the local celebration.

Mrs. Ruth Love was organist and pallbearers were Lee Burman, P. M. Heisner, Vernon Johnson, Burton Moomey, Niels Thomsen and Henry Thomas. Interment was at Highland Park Cemetery.

Survivors include one sister, Anna of Rockville; three brothers, Charles of Rockville; Harry and Leonard of Litchfield. Her husband, John Nelson passed away in 1949.
