Henry S. Robinett, age 89 of Collins, died Thursday, December 31, 2009 at his home. Graveside services will be held at a later date. No other services are planned. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.coburnfuneralhomes.com. The son of John Amos and Lidia Dessie (Catron) Robinett, Henry was born on May 14, 1920 in Brumley, Missouri. Henry farmed and enjoyed going to the sale barn and draft horses. Survivors include, his wife, Betty of Collins; children, Ronald Dean (Delores) Robinett of Mitchellville, Michael Lee (Barbara Jean) Robinett of Collins and Vicki Kay (Kenneth) Krausman also of Collins; step sons, Gary Gray of Kansas City, Missouri and Jerry Gray of Des Moines, seven grandchildren, a step-grand daughter and 13 great grandchildren. Preceding Henry in death were his parents four brothers, three sisters and a grandson.
