Mary Nell Cronk Breshears, 83, of Purdon passed away Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010. She was born Aug. 18, 1926, to Alfred Oscar and Helen G. Zuch Little.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 2, at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 3, at St. Luke United Methodist Church with the Rev. Bruce Carpenter officiating. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Patrick T. Shirley Jr., Jason B. Cronk, Rodney R. Chaffin, Peter C. Mungiguerra, Cary B. Garrison, Glenn E. Martin.
She is survived by her husband, Cebert B. Breshears of Purdon; daughters, Carol J. Turner of Corsicana, Linda O. Porter of Flower Mound, and Susan E. Chaffin of Gordonville; sister, Francis Adams of Lake Worth; brother, David Little of Lake Worth; eight grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, the Rev. Albert Leslie Cronk Sr.; and son, Albert Leslie Cronk Jr.
She worked at Walmart for 13 years. She was a member of St. Luke United Methodist Church and a past worthy matron of Eastern Star for the state of Texas.
She will be dearly remembered always as a loving wife, mom, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother.
