John Henry Coen, 82, passed away on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 in Cleveland, Texas. He was born Tuesday, May 31, 1927 in Garden City, KS to Carl Bruce and Peggy Elaine Coen, both of who have preceded him in death. John H. was also preceded in death by his lovely spouse, Elizabeth Coen.

John H. is survived by his loving children, John Michael Coen and wife Tracy; Nancy Dorine Daily and husband Robert, David Lee and Edward Carl Coen; brother, Carl Berry Coen; sisters, Carlene Tate and Phyllis Boyd; beloved grandchildren, James, Trevor, Calvin, and Micah Vaughn, Emma, Crista, Geoffrey, and John Daily, Nicole, Ashley and Sarah Coen and Haley Hammers; great grandchildren, Ryley & Addlyne Johnson, Aodhan, Ayla, Triston, Nikada and Ashton Vaughn; numerous other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family is accepting donations at Neal Funeral Home, 281-592-2341. Visitation for John H. will be at the Neal Funeral Home in Cleveland TX on Thursday February 04, 2010 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Graveside Service will held on Friday, February 5, 2010 at Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Houston, Texas at 9:00 a.m. Bishop Dwayne Knecht Officiating. Memorial Service for John H. will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 1100 Southline, Cleveland, Texas 77327 on Friday, February 5, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. To sign the family guest book or to leave a tribute please go to www.nealfh.com.
