Alice Camp Abercrombie, a native of Chattanooga, TN, and a longtime resident of Mobile, AL, died Wednesday, February 3, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, T.M. "Bud" Abercrombie, her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Thomas A. Camp, three brothers and one sister. She is survived by two daughters, two granddaughters, and one grandson, T. Alex Surratt of Jacksonville, FL, one brother, one sister, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Alice especially loved reminiscing about her gloried high school years when she was Queen of Central High, and a member of The National Honor Society, Varsity Glee Club and DAR. Singing was her passion as she was part of The Girls Trio of the Highland Park Baptist Church who often sang on Radio Station WDOD and as the sometime back-up trio to Billy Graham's Crusade.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 6, 2010, at 10:00 at Dauphin Way United Methodist Church. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 in the Dauphin Way Chapel. Interment will be in Pine Crest mausoleum. May God especially bless Susan Hull, her shepherd from Dauphin Way United Methodist Church and all the beautiful angels of Covenant Hospice.
