"Funeral services are set this morning for Hazel H. Whitaker, 81, of Shelton, who died here June 21.
"Mrs. Whitaker was born November 10, 1910 in Carter County, Missouri, to William and Helena (Whitney) Johnston.
"She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Shelton.
"Preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth S. Whitaker, in 1976, Mrs. Whitaker is survived by two daughters, Donna (Mrs. Steve) Morris of Union and Myrna (Mrs. Rollin) Aitken of Shelton; two stepsons, Gerald Whitaker of Gig Harbor and Kenneth Whitaker, who lives in Spain; 13 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; a great-great granddaughter and numerous nieces and nephews.
"Inurnment will be in Shelton Memorial Park."
