Service for Clarence W. "Pete" Peters, 81, who had managed and owned parking lots and service stations here for many years, will be at 1 P.M. Friday at Ball & Dodd Funeral Home-North. Burial will follow at Riverside Memorial Park.

Mr. Peters, who died Friday, was born in Spokane. He moved to Los Angeles with his family when he was 12 and then returned to Spokane in 1934.

He operated service stations and downtown parking lots for many years and was the first manager of the Pigeon Hole Parking when it opened. He owned Pete's Parking at Trent and Post before retiring in 1972. It was operated then by his sons for a short time.

Mr. Peters was a former member of Spokane Moose Lodge 161 and Spokane Elks Lodge 228.

Survivors include his wife, Lillie M.; two sons, Robert A. Peters of Bishop, Calif., and Lee W. Peters of Sagle, Idaho; one brother, Albert F. Peters of Spokane; two sisters, Martha Monroe of Carlsbad, Calif., and Mayella Henry of Las Vegas; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
