Peters, Lillie M., age 90, passed away on July 16, 2006 in Coeur d'Alene, ID. She was born on Dec 6, 1915 in Wellpinit, WA to William and Sophie O'Connor. Lillie was raised and lived in Spokane, with the last eight years living at Fairwood Village Retirement Resort. She married Clarence W. Peters in the Orpheum Theater in 1936 in Spokane, WA. He proceeded her in death in 1990. She was also proceeded in death by two sisters, Cora Morod and Ida Nystuen. Lillie is survived by son Lee Peters and wife JoAnn, Coeur d'Alene, ID; four grandchildren Gregory Peters, Grand Coulee Dam, WA, Douglas Peters, Kalispell, MT, LeeAnn Chapin, Post Falls, ID, Jody Lee Hendrex, Post Falls, ID; eight grandchildren; two sisters, Luella Tilson and Vergie Stevens, both of Spokane; three nephews. She enjoyed traveling, camping and housekeeping. One of her joys was her cat, Perry, because he sang like Perry Como. A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 21, 2006 at 2 PM at Heritage Funeral Home.
