He was born March 18, 1922, the son of Wiley and Dorcas Justice in Rowland, North Carolina. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Wilton was a Navy Veteran who served in World War II and a member of Wesley United Methodist Church Riegelwood.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Lillian Rodgers Justice, of the home; three sons Earl Justice (Judy) of Beaufort, South Carolina, Wiley Justice (Kathy) and Sonny (Patsy) Justice, all of Riegelwood; seven grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
