Mrs. Minish was born April 28, 1924, in Banks County, a daughter of the late Buff and Laura Trotter Evans.
She was a homemaker and was a member of Berea Baptist Church. Mrs. Minish was preceded in death by a son, Dembres Minish.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 15, in the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce, with the Revs. Terry James and Grady Jordan officiating. Burial was in the Erastus Christian Church cemetery.
Mrs. Minish is survived by her husband, J.D. Minish, Commerce; three sons, Gerald Minish, Terry Minish and Tommy Minish, all of Commerce; one daughter, Jean Hardman, Ocala, Fla.; one sister, Pauline Meadows, Danielsville; seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
