Alvanita supported the Oklahoma Indian Theatre and Dance Company and AITCO.
She is survived by: husband, Jimmie Fields; daughter, Andrea Petty; grandchildren, Wesley, Jim, Timmy, Evan and Lana; brother, Charles Moncooyea; and sisters, Vernice Willis, Holly Kemble and husband, Miles, Susan Moncooyea and Glenda Harp and husband, Marty. Among loved ones who preceded her in death was her brother Levi Moncooyea Jr..
Interment will be 2p.m., Wednesday at Ponca Indian Cemetery, Ponca City, OK. Under the direction of Moore's Memory Chapel in Tulsa, OK. 918-583-6148.
