Martha E. Brennan of Dominion Village died Nov. 19, 2001, at a Chesapeake hospital.
She was born in Alamo, Ind., in 1908.
She retired from Norfolk Naval Shipyard in 1978 as a supervisor in the Supply Department and spent 22 happy years in Florida after her retirement.
She had been a member of the Holy Angels Catholic Church in Cradock.
She was the wife of the late James E. Brennan and is survived by two sons. She is also survived by a brother.
Her treasure in life was her family and she will be greatly missed by them. She had 11 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at St. Paul's Catholic Cemetery in Portsmouth by the Rev. Romeo D. Jazmin.
