He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Rose Burch; daughters, Mrs. Catherine Chism, Mrs. Myra Mattingly and Mrs. Mildred Bassett; sons Leroy, Harold and James; one son Cashman, preceded him in death; also survived by one brother, Oscar, and one sister, Mrs. Bertilla Love; 11 grandchildren. Funeral services were held Wednesday morning at St. Mary Magdalene Church at Payneville, 9 o'clock, D.S.T. Burial was in New Highland Cemetery with Sturgeon Funeral Home in charge.
