Allen Emigh Fuller, Sr., 80, 202 W. Kansas Ave., died at 5:07 a.m. today in Memorial Hospital.

He was born Jan. 25, 1898, in Keokuck, Iowa, to James Lee Fuller and Catherine Delilah Dawson Fuller. He came to Arkansas City at the age of four and grew up in the Arkansas City area.

He married Gladys Grisham on July 17, 1917, in Wellington. They lived in California and Wichita before returning to Arkansas City in 1977.

He was a contractor and built Assembly of God Churches and he was also a minister. He served on the Regency board of Southern California Bible College for Assemblies of God.

Survivors include: his wife, Gladys, of the home; one son, Allen E. Jr., Rt. 2, Arkansas City.

He is preceded in death by: two brothers, James and Walter; and one sister, Onie Wordley.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Grant-Elder Funeral Home with Rev. Clifford L. Barnes officiating. Burial is to be in Riverview cemetery.
