Mrs. W.S. Page, nee Anna Mary McCrum, died Thursday evening, Jan. 30, 1896 of cancer. Funeral services were held from the M.E. church on Saturday, with burial at Oak Hill Cemetery. Anna was born on Nov. 20, 1840, and was married to William Seldon Page on Oct. 20, 1859 at Colesburg by Rev. Church. She is survived by her husband, her aged mother, 4 children, Merten H., Selden B., Alma V., and Flora A. Those attending the funeral from out of town were MR. and Mrs. M.H. Page of Des Moines; Mr. and Mrs. T. Garber of Marble Rock; MR. and MRs G.H. Sumner and son Dell of Iowa city.
