Norma Dorine Hallmark Hawkins, age 93, passed away peacefully on December 21, 2009 in American Fork, Utah of causes incident to age.


She was born March 1, 1916 to Ivy Aubra and Mary Luella Grow Hallmark in Cove, Oregon.


She married William Lester Hawkins on May 27, 1942 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple; he preceded her in death.


She was a wonderful daughter, wife, and mother. She found joy in caring for others throughout her entire life. Norma also enjoyed going to the temple. May she rest in peace and have everlasting happiness.


She is survived by a brother, Ronald Hallmark, a daughter, Patricia Lee Mercado, and three sons, David Lester Hawkins, Keith Jan Hawkins, and Eli Kit Hawkins. She also is survived by fourteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granchild.


Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in the Cedar Hills West Stake Center Chapel, 4560 West Cedar Hills Drive, Cedar Hills, Utah. Family and friends may call on Tuesday morning from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. prior to the services.
Interment: Orem City Cemetery.
