Gerald Cooksey, Sr, age 80, died Wednesday, Dec 12, at his residence in Rose Lodge. He was born June 5, 1910 in Badger, Calif. to Kennison and Mattie (Tate) Cooksey. He was married to the former Anna Cline on Aug. 26, 1932 in Visalia, Calif. He worked for Ford auto dealership as parts manager for many years.
Surviving are his wife Anna; son Gerald R. Cooksey, Jr.; daughter Jane Newman; also two grandsons, Ken and Keith.
No services will be held. Pacific View Memorial Chapel handled the arrangements.
