Newberry, June 22. — Funeral services for Mrs. Mamie Jones Davis, 38, widow of J. Marion Davis, who died Friday night at the local hospital, will be held Sunday afternoon at 5 o'clock at the residence, conducted by her pastor, the Rev. E. O. Edwards assisted by the Rev. E. E. Hite with interment in Rosemont cemetery by the side of her husband.
Mrs. Davis is survived by one small daughter, Marion Davis, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Jones of Ridge Spring; five brothers and four sisters, Archie Jones, Ridge Spring; S. J. and J. H. Jones of Columbia; C. D. Jones, Lexington; B. J. Jones, Johnston; Mrs. L. D. Bodie of Ward; Mrs. Raymond Berry, Ward; Miss Willie Mae Jones, Ridge Spring, and Mrs. J. H. Clark of Graniteville.
