C.E. Lollis, 61, Dies Early Today
Funeral Services To Be Held Tomorrow At Estelline
C.E. Lollis, 61, died early this morning at a local hospital, following an illness of more than a month.
Funeral services for the deceased will be held tomorrow afternoon at Estelline, with the Morman-Bell mortuary in charge. Burial will be in the Estelline cemetery.
A native of South Carolina, Mr. Lollis came to Texas more than 15 years ago. He resided in Rusk county for three years before coming to Hall county, where he has made his home for the past 12 years.
He is survived by his widow and eight children. The children are Martha Lou and Mary Frances Lollis, Euvene [sic], Virgil, Grover, James and Avery Lollis, all of whom made their home with their parents. He is also survived by a sister and two brothers, who live in South Caroline [sic].
