Louis Graham Bills married Myrtle A. Phillips on 7 January 1915 at Emmett, Texas. They moved to Young County in the December of 1917 and have stock farmed on the same place. They lived 12 miles north of Graham between Loving and the Red Top Community. They are members of the Methodist Church and attend church in Jean since the church at Red Top disbanded several years ago. They moved to Graham in 1970 from the Red Top community.
Mr. Bills was a retired farmer. He was a member of Jean United Methodist Church and the Young County Farm Bureau.
Survived by his wife; two daughters - Mrs. Rex L Martin and Bobbie Ruth Bills; one son - Garth Bills; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one sister - Mrs. Curg Moore.
