Ralph S. Gregg Age 87 of Wilmington, DE passed away peacefully on Monday, November 29, 2004, at Highfield Masonic Home of Delaware of complications from Alzheimer's disease.

Mr. Gregg was employed by the DuPont Company for approximately 30 years, retiring in 1979 as a buyer in the purchasing department at the Experimental Station.

Following in the same church affiliation as his parents and grandparents, he was a member of Red Clay Creek Presbyterian Church for 72 years.

He was also a member of Armstrong Lodge #26 AF&AM for 54 years and as an avid golfer until his illness, a longtime member of both the DuPont and Newark country clubs.

Mr. Gregg is survived by his wife of 67 years, Irma V. Gregg; a daughter and son-in-law, Judith B. and William T. Scott of Wilmington; and 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Jeffery A. and Dawn M. Gregg of Wilmington and Ronald I. and Margaret G. Gregg of Devon, PA.

Also surviving are 6 grandchildren, William Scott III, Susan Scott, Emily Babiash, Brian Gregg, Michael Gregg and Caitlyn Gregg; and 2 great grandsons, Evan and Matthew Babiash. His brother, J. Morton Gregg, predeceased him in 1973.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 3rd, at 11 am at Red Clay Creek Presbyterian Church, McKennans Church and Millcreek Rds., where friends are invited to visitation after 10:30 am at the church.

Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Highfield Masonic Home of Delaware, 4800 Lancaster Pike, Wilmington, DE 19807; or to Red Clay Creek Presbyterian Church, 500 McKennans Church Rd., Wilmington, DE 19808.
