Ruth Helen Lynn, 84, of 537 Frederick St., Hagerstown, Md., passed away, Thursday, Jan. 21, 2010, at Washington County Hospital, Hagerstown.
Born Friday, Feb. 6, 1925, in Capon Springs, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Earnest Allen Lafollette and the late Ollie Irene Lafollette.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Miller Lynn Sr. in 1997.
She was employed at Avalon Manor Nursing Home and Ravenwood Lutheran Village. She was a member of AARP.
She was preceded in death by brothers, Earl, Rosbey, Russell and Ray Lafollette.
Services will be held Monday, Jan. 25, 2010, at 2 p.m., at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, 1331 Eastern Blvd. North, Hagerstown, Md., with the Rev. A. Paul Harne officiating.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 to 2 p.m., Monday, Jan. 25.
Interment will be in the Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, Hagerstown.
