Frances Hightower Andrews, is the daughter of the late, Zora Ann Walker Hightower and William Lamar Hightower. She was a life time residence of Jefferson County. Frances was the loving mother to six children, and grandmother to 12 grandchildren and 19 greatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rufus Andrews and son, Thomas Wayne Andrews.
Frances is survived by daughters, Joann and Jackie; sons, Billy, Ricky and Todd; step-son Roger;sister, Anna and sons, Billy, Ricky and Todd; step-son Roger One sister, Anna.
