RICE, infant – Sorrow reigns in another home in our city. Death with his inevitable summons invaded the pleasant home of Atty. C.M. Rice Monday evening, Aug. 6th and as the golden rays of the setting sun cast their mellow shadows over all nature telling of the departure of another day, the angelic soul of the tiny baby girl of Mr. C.M. Rice and wife departed for that land of eternal youth. Only a few weeks had the little one graced the home with her presence ere she was taken to become a jewel in the Master's home above. The remains were interred in Odd Fellows cemetery Tuesday. The bereaved parents have the sympathy of many friends in this, their deep hour of bereavement.
