Nancy Quinn Tudor was born to Joel H. and Lucy Jane (Morton) Tudor. She was living in Dubuque Co., IA in her father's household in the 1850 census when she was listed as Nancy G. Tuden (Tuder) age 7 KY; and in the 1856 State census she was Nancy Q. Tudor age 14 KY. These indicate her birth occurred in ca 1843 or ca 1842, respectively. However, she was probably b in 1841. Estate papers of her maternal grandparents, John Morton d Jan. 1830 and Nancy (Quinn) Morton d 1860, reveal that Nancy Q. Tudor m George Nash, that she had died, and that on 25 Oct. 1866 George Nash received her share. Need further information regarding George and Nancy Quinn (Tudor) Nash.
Lucy's headstone is located at the side of a large tree and is partly buried in the gound.
