She was born April 26, 1915 in Scott County, Indiana, the daughter of the late Ezra and Lola M. (Moon) Comer.
Inez was married March 16, 1934 to Rolla Richey, who survives.
Inez was a Homemaker and a member of the Bethel Baptist Church in Leota, Indiana.
Survivors in addition to her husband include a daughter: Peggy Kimmick of Scottsburg, Indiana; a brother: Floyd Comer of Scottsburg, Indiana; a sister: Jewell Rutherford of Scottsburg, Indiana; and a daughter in law: Pauline Richey. She is also survived by six grandchildren: Allen (Cindy) Richey, Linda (John) Barton, Scott (Anna) Richey, Michael Richey, Heidi (Greg) Inman & Matt Kimmick and 11 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son: Robert E. Richey in Nov. 1998.
