Of Falls, Church, VA, died on June 4, 2004 at her home. She was born July 29, 1940 in Fairfax County, VA, to the late John Roscoe and Vivian Elizabeth Sullivan Kincheloe. Lois was the beloved wife of the late Eugene "Gene" E. Rogers; loving and devoted mother of Carolyn Frames of Great Falls, VA, Eugene E. Rogers Jr. of Warrenton, VA, Charlotte A. Marshall of Gainesville, VA; sister of the late Gordon Kincheloe. Also survived by her eight grandchildren who she treasured more than anything. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, June 9, at 11 a.m. at Arnon Cemetery, Great Falls, VA.
