Joel Arnold Tullos, 67, of Monticello, passed away Friday, January 15, 2010 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. He was born October 19, 1942 in Monticello.
He was a truck driver and Pentecostal.
He was the son of the late Richard A. Tullos and Nona Freeman Tullos Barnett.

Half brother, Opie Tullos, brother, Morrell Tullos and Three half sisters, Inez Marie Tullos Lacey,Texas, Lois Tullos Matteson,Oregon, Billie Frith.

His wife, Debbie Burgess Tullos of Florida;
Four daughters, Vicky Russell of Texas, Lois Glover, Lisa Ridgell and Melissa McGlaughlin, all of Monticello;
Brother, James Alfred Tullos of Monticello; one half brother, Hollis Faulk of Monroe, LA;
Two half sisters, Dorothy Barnett of Monticello and Mertis Mae McWilliams of Dallas, TX;
Eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
