A resident of Dogwood Trail Manor in Woodville, Miss., he died Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2009. He was 45, born Oct. 15, 1964, in Baton Rouge. Visiting at Newman Funeral Home was on Saturday, Dec. 26, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Visiting continues at the funeral home on Sunday, Dec. 27, from noon until religious service at 2 p.m., conducted by Brother Keith R. Krechel. Interment in Oaklawn Cemetery, Centreville, Miss. Survived by his mother, Adell Cokes Font, of Woodville, Texas; and two sisters, Donna Font Krechel, of Silsbee, Texas, and Tina Font Courtney, of Centreville. Preceded in death by his father, George Edward Font. Pallbearers will be Cory Krechel, Josh Courtney, Conan Courtney, Jay Chapman, Mark Jackson and Paul Yelverton.
