Isaac Milton "Ike" Loyd, was the 2nd child of thirteen (13) children, born to William & Emmaline Gee Loyd.

Isaac married 1st Elizabeth Catherine "Kate" Adair, on 12 jun 1870 in Callaway Co., Missouri & they had te following child: John William Loyd (m: Laura D. Brown).

After the death of his 1st wife, Issac married Sarah Elizabeth Davis on May 1873 & they had the following children: Tempy Emmaline Loyd (d: Jul 1875): Twin Boys Loyd (died in infancy); Alfred Milton Loyd (m: Ila Lee Gillaspie); Ernest McGuire Loyd; Nannie Elizabeth "Duck" Loyd (m: Locke William Adair); Kelly Thomas Loyd (m: Blanche Odell Boyd).

Isaac's cause of death is listed as an Apoplexy (Stroke) with contributory causes as Influenza, he was 77 yrs, 03 mos, 29 ds old at the time of his death. K.T. Lloyd of Callaway Co., Mo., is listed as the informant on Missouri Death Certificate #15061. Burial took place on 17 May 1922.
