Funeral services for Mattie E. Page, 83, of Jeffersonville, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 6, at Scott Funeral Home's North Chapel, Jeffersonville, with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery.
She died Saturday, Jan. 2, 2010, at Clark Memorial Hospital, Jeffersonville.
Daughter of the late James E. and Sally Tarter, she was born on July 22, 1926, in Columbia, Ky.
She was a retired employee of Sears and Roebuck Company and a member of Park Place United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her sisters, Nell Rogers and Alein Wade; sister-in-law, Vonnie Page; daughters, Eddie Sue Stemle and Wayne, Patsey Bishop, Pamela Snyder and David, and Diana Parker and Garry; sons, Jim Page and Pam, Alfred Larry Page and Connie, and Ronnie Page and Melissa; 16 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Edgar, married May 7, 1944.
Visitation at the funeral home will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Park Place United Methodist Church.
