Mrs. Betty Marie Carr, born August 24, 1934, departed this life September 25, 1993, age 59 years, 1 month, 1 day;
Survived by husband William Thomas Carr of the home, son William Harrison Carr, Batesville, AR; brother Bill Duncan, Lebanon, Oregon, 1 grandchild.
Residence: Rt. 3, Trumann, AR; died Sunday evening at 8:05 p.m. at St. Bernard's R. M. C. in Jonesboro, AR of natural causes. [Intracranial Hemorrhaging] Mrs. Carr was born in South Carolina and had lived in Trumann since 1980. She was a housewife and of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Carr was preceded in death by one son, Richard E. Carr who died in 1992 and was the daughter of the late Wilford Henry and Bernice Jenkins Duncan.
Graveside services Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. at the Willis Cemetery near Harrisburg, AR with Rev. Ricky Dobbins officiating.
Visitation Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann, AR. Interment: Willis Cemetery near Harrisburg, AR.
