GIBNEY: Mrs. Gertrude W Gibney died here Saturday afternoon following an illness. Mrs. Gibney was a native of Grant County having been born in Central. She is survived by her son, R L Gibney of Santa Anna, CA; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She is also survived by her mother, Mrs. Emma Anderson and a sister Mrs. Viola Stone both of Central. Mrs. Gibney had requested that there be no funeral services and that she be cremated. She also requested that memorials be left to the Heart Fund through Curtis Bright funeral home
