Robert H. Millington, Sr., was the son of Otis Frank and Ellen R. Hutchinson Millington. He married Henrietta Lucille "Lettie" Barnes about 1895. In addition to two children by her first marriage, Robert and Lettie were the parents of two sons, Robert H. Millington, Jr. (1902-1916) and Christopher Millington (1905-1972). Robert Sr. died of cardiovascular disease in Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio, on August 22, 1948. He was buried in Maple Grove Cemetery on August 24, 1948.
