Adolph Siveren Mathiason
May 25, 1916 – November 12, 1989

Adolph S Mathiason was born May 25, 1916 in Mildred, a son of Oscar and Gemanda Andreassen Mathiason. He attended school in Mildred, graduating from Mildred High School. On May 25, 1944, he married Helen Shear in Fallon.

He farmed and ranched in Mildred all his life and served on the Mildred and Terry school boards. He was a member of the Masons, Shriners, Royal Arch and the Sons of Norway. He enjoyed working with his cows and tractor and he loved his family and grandchildren.

Mr Mathiason, 73, died November 12, 1989, in the Holy Rosary Hospital in Miles City after a long illness.
Survivors include his wife; a son Alan of Mildred a daughter, Tonette Stark of Ollie; a brother, Erling of Mildred; and four grandchildren.
