Billy Lee Goss, 68, of Vilonia, died Thursday (Oct. 15, 1998) at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock.

Born Feb. 28, 1930, a son of Herbert L. Goss of North Little Rock and the late Bessie Erkle Goss, he was a retired state employee. He was an active member of the American Legion, a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars lodge in Jacksonville and an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War.

Other survivors are his wife, Mildred Florene Weber Goss; two sons, John G. Goss of Grady (Lincoln County) and Tommy Pace of Bald Knob; four daughters, Michelle Goss, Ronda Beard, Alisa Davis and Moni Williams, all of Vilonia; one brother, Stanley Goss of Holland; one sister, Maxine Higgins of North Little Rock; and seven grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday at the Roller-McNutt Funeral Home at Conway. Burial will be in Cypress Valley Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Allen Higgins, Jackie Higgins, Michael Goss, Eugene Weber, Darrell Lutner and Wade Williams. Todd Pearce will be an honorary pallbearer.

Visitation will be 2 to 4 p.m. today at the funeral home.
