The friends of Mr. William V. Morris, the painter, will be pained this morning to learn of his death. He breathed his last on Wednesday evening. Within a short time he was the victim of a couple of paralytic strokes, which were instrumental in bringing about his demise. He was about 57 years of age; a good man, kind father and a first class artist. The HERALD sympathizes with his bereaved family.
